obiFox

obiFox ist eine SAP FSM-Erweiterung, die für die Vernetzung von Serviceorganisationen entwickelt wurde.

Sie bietet sofortigen Zugriff auf die Servicehistorie des Assets. Sie sehen, wer an dieser Anlage gearbeitet hat bestimmten Anlage oder sogar einem ähnlichen Anlagentyp gearbeitet hat Sie können sie direkt aus FSM über Microsoft Teams kontaktieren Sie können auch Gruppenanrufe oder Chats mit mehr als einer Ressource initiieren.

The SFFO (SAP FSM For Outlook) synchronises the planned service calls into the Outlook calendar and always keeps it up to date, even after planning changes. As this is a unidirectional synchronisation, SAP FSM Workforce Management always remains the master and there are no conflicts.
