With the new cloud solution for replicating assignments scheduled in SAP Field Service Management to the Outlook calendar, we meet the highest security requirements. For example, no firewall adjustments or installations in the DMZ are necessary. Additionally, data transmission from SAP Field Service Management through the connector to the Outlook calendar is fully encrypted.
In addition, reservations are now synchronized in the latest version. Furthermore, during installation, the data that should be included in the appointment, such as customer name, system name or other contact information, can be easily adjusted.
